You must be of legal drinking age in Quebec (18+). Government photo ID is required.

No external drugs or alcohol permitted.Alcohol purchased at Gerts cannot leave the premises.

Any form of gambling or drinking games are strictly prohibited.

Gerts welcomes all McGill students as well as external clients!

We do not tolerate discrimination, oppression, harassment, or assault. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person.

We have the obligation to refuse to sell alcohol to anyone anyone who is clearly inebriated or is buying for an inebriated person, regardless of age.

we are not liable or responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
